Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

Lunch for my Valentine, who has Monday off (so lucky)! I made this the day before Valentine's day, and snuck it into his fridge for a nice surprise!

Step one....gluten free pizza dough (Hodgen's Mill) pressed into cookie cutter, then baked on parchment paper...

Decorate to your liking!

Place in container (note cookie cutter used for pizza crust)...

Add the finishing touches....
